Job summary

Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the RAPTOR program. The role entails translating commander’s intent and program objectives into actionable plans and driving those plans through execution with multidisciplinary teams to inform decision-making at high levels of DoD. Onsite: Washington DC with travel< 10%.

Clearance: TS/SCI desirable. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in complex technical programs, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated ability to translate leadership direction into actionable plans and drive execution.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to accomplish program objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with government leadership, technical teams, and industry partners.
