Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support our team at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. This onsite role involves planning, management, and oversight of high-priority defensive systems and C-UAS initiatives, with less than 10% travel.

The candidate will manage budgets, coordinate IPTs, and lead systems integration for various air defense platforms. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, US citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of related experience required (or more years in lieu of degree).
• US Citizen with current Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point and Project Officer for planning, management, and oversight of assigned activities.
• Manage program budgets and resources to achieve objectives and maintain accountability for weapon systems and equipment.
• Lead IPTs, perform systems integration of fire control and kinetic effectors for mobile and man-portable platforms.
• Develop milestone documentation, conduct test and evaluation, and identify user interface gaps for defensive capabilities.
• Draft technical requirements, statements of work, and participate in proposal reviews for new capabilities.
