Job summary

Integrits Corporation seeks a program manager to support the Government’s PMW 170 Tactical Communications TACCOM program. You will assist in planning, budgeting, documentation, monitoring tasking and risks for the program lifecycle.

The role involves coordinating with functional teams, developing acquisition documentation, tracking schedules, and delivering briefs to the customer. On-site work in San Diego is required with ability to interact with Navy program offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4–7+ years of program/project management experience, Navy/NAVWAR/PEO C4I preferred.
• Knowledge of cost, schedule, and performance management in the Defense Acquisition System.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Self-starter; able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with standard Navy terminology.
• Must pass a drug test and possess SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in program planning, budget analysis, documentation development, and risk monitoring.
• Support development of acquisition documentation and presentations for decision meetings.
• Monitor task execution and help identify and mitigate program risks.
• Coordinate with functional teams and SMEs to meet program requirements.
• Develop, review, and update program plans and schedules; prepare status briefs for the customer.
• Participate in meetings and briefings and organize client meetings as needed.
