Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in Kettering, OH to lead AF REMIS-related programs. The role requires deep knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and a track record of delivering within cost and schedule baselines.

You will coordinate with DoD and Air Force stakeholders and prepare essential program documentation. Qualifications include U.S. citizenship, advanced degree with 10 years' experience (5 in DoW) or BA with 12 years (5 in DoW) or 15 years with relevant

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Advanced Degree (MA/MS) in Business Administration, MIS or related field with 10 years of experience (5 in DoW).
• Or BA/BS with 12 years of experience (5 in DoW) or 15 years related experience with proper certifications (8 in DoW).
• Candidate must possess and maintain a T1/NACI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acquisition programs within schedule and cost baselines.
• Prepare acquisitions reports, briefs, and plans for senior management.
• Support and conduct IMP/IMS reviews and program management reviews.
• Develop strategies to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
• Coordinate with DoW and Air Force stakeholders for program execution.
