Job summary

ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and integrate TASC activities supporting defense production recovery, supplier capacity, industrial-base resilience, and senior-level decision making.

The role coordinates across disciplines to develop executable courses of action, manage risks, and deliver integrated action plans for government leadership, with a Top Secret clearance and a hybrid work arrangement in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in program management, business, engineering, acquisition, operations management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in program management, acquisition, defense programs, production, operations, or related field.
• Active Top Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and integration of TASC support across priorities.
• Establish integrated priorities, work plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and performance measures.
• Coordinate SMEs across production, supply chain, acquisition, finance, data, engineering, and analysis.
• Prepare executive program reviews, issue papers, and risk assessments.
• Lead reviews with Navy commands, primes, suppliers, and stakeholders.
