Job summary

ACT1 Federal is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to provide tasker support, documentation, and briefing in support of industrial-base decisions. The role requires 8+ years of program analysis experience, strong MS Office skills, and an active Top Secret clearance.

This full-time position is contingent on contract award and located in Arlington, VA (Pentagon area). Responsibilities include coordinating inputs among multiple directorates, preparing meetings and materials, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, economics, finance, OR related discipline (from the HTML).
• 8+ years’ experience in program analysis, coordination, or related fields (from the HTML).
• Demonstrated experience maintaining schedules, actions, risks, issues, decisions, and program documentation.
• Experience collecting and analyzing information from multiple sources for status and decision-support products.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and collaboration/program-management tools.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, review, and analyze program, schedule, resource, performance, risk, and stakeholder information.
• Support development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, milestones, and measures of performance.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and deadlines; identify overdue items.
• Compare planned vs. actual progress and develop corrective-action alternatives.
• Assist with data calls, status reviews, and rapid-response tasks involving production, suppliers, or other priorities.
