Job summary

i3 seeks aSenior Program Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead complex defense programs, supervise technical teams, and interface with DoD executives. You will direct program cost, schedule, and staffing decisions while driving growth and strategic roadmaps aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in the defense industry with complex programs.
• Proven ability to manage multi-subcontractor environments and DoD customers.
• Experience controlling costs on multimillion-dollar programs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME on requirements and standards; ensure designs meet specs.
• Oversee project management, lead technical teams, and interface with executives.
• Lead program change management, cost and schedule modifications with stakeholders.
• Develop strategy and road map with customers; ensure high-quality services.
• Staffing decisions, skill mix, and organizational alignment with goals.
• Grow and develop people, programs, capabilities, and execution activities.
• Drive business development within current or new customers.
