Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience in government contracts.
• Alternatively, 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• US citizen with active Secret clearance, current within last 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the IPT through completion, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives are met.
• Establish and maintain an efficient IPT organizational structure to achieve program goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a clear organizational vision and strategic roadmap.
• Cultivate customer relationships and identify new business opportunities within the customer community.
• Support contract negotiations, including scope, budgets, milestones, and terms.
• Define and manage program requirements, baselines, master plans, and schedules using EVM or equivalent.
• Allocate and manage resources including workforce, suppliers, and government furnished information.
• Perform proactive risk and opportunity management to minimize impacts.
• Deliver presentations to customers, executives, and stakeholders on status and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and contract scope, managing changes through CBAs.
