Job summary

WiSC Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead DoD/IC and federal programs focused on national security, modernization, and mission operations. You will provide strategic oversight, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex programs.

The role requires leadership, acquisition knowledge, and strong communication skills, with active Secret clearance and preference for Top Secret/SCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant program management experience in DoD/IC or Federal programs.
• Experience managing complex defense, intelligence, or Federal programs.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, lifecycle management, and acquisition processes.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, and customer relationships.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition frameworks and federal contracting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefs.
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic program oversight for technical, operational, engineering, acquisition, and mission support activities.
• Manage program execution across cost, schedule, performance, staffing, and risk management objectives.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, engineers, analysts, and mission partners to ensure successful program delivery.
• Develop and maintain IMS, risk registers, and status reporting processes.
• Support acquisition lifecycle activities including requirements development, planning, source selection support, and contract execution.
• Monitor program performance metrics and recommend corrective actions to achieve mission outcomes.
• Lead program reviews, technical interchange meetings, and executive briefings with stakeholders.
• Oversee development of SOWs, PWSs, and program deliverables; support budget planning and EVMS.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable DoD, IC, federal policies and standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and mission enhancements.
• Support proposal development, capture activities, and business development as required.
