Job summary

West 4th Strategy seeks an experienced Program Integrator to support DCMA Blue List projects, coordinating with government stakeholders and the CPM/CPM team to align schedules, plans, and deliverables. The role focuses on integration across government and contractor teams and requires strong program management discipline.

The position is full-time at a DCMA facility in San Diego, offering a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in defense programs.
• Active PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks and delivering rigorous artifacts (MSRs, Risk Matrices, QMPs).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with discretion and interface with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government designated Blue List projects.
• Coordinates with Government stakeholders and CPM, CORs, and team leads for successful execution.
• Develops implementation plans, procedures, strategies, and recommendations for program growth.
• Plans, monitors, and reports on projects to ensure alignment with priorities and objectives.
• Facilitates collaboration among Government, contractor personnel, and partners.
• Develops and maintains project schedules, milestones, and action items.
• Identifies risks and opportunities for process improvement and provides recommendations to leadership.
• Prepares status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Supports government-led meetings by coordinating logistics and tracking follow-ups.
