FedWriters, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations for the DCMA Blue UAS program office on-site in San Diego, CA. You will be the single point of contact for contract performance, directing a multidisciplinary team and managing a resource-loaded schedule to keep milestones on track.

The role requires 10+ years in PM, strong leadership, and active clearance. The position offers full-time, on-site work with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management, team leadership, and program scheduling.
• Active clearance and enrolled in CE; U.S. citizenship; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all matters relating to contract performance.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of operations and liaison between contractor team and DCMA leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and manage a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Oversee staffing activities including onboarding/offboarding and training compliance across a multi-site team.
• Coordinate preparation, submission, and resolution of all contract deliverables.
• Maintain recurring management reports: performance status, action item logs, risk/issue logs.
