Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a Program Integrator to provide planning, coordination, execution, and integration support to the DCMA Blue List Program. This role interfaces with Government leaders, CORs, and contractor teams to ensure alignment with priorities and program objectives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive PM experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive project management experience.
• Experience tracking schedule and quality performance within defense programs.
• Proven ability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of assigned Blue List projects and functional areas.
• Coordinate with Government program leadership, CORs, team leads, Contractor personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, and recommendations supporting Blue List Program execution and improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on assigned projects and functional areas.
• Facilitate collaboration across Government organizations, Contractor personnel, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, action-item trackers, and other program management artifacts.
• Identify project risks, issues, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop recommendations to address risks, resolve issues, and improve program execution.
• Prepare recurring status reports, executive briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other program documentation.
• Support Government-led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions and action items, tracking follow-up activities, and communicating project status.
• Draft operational procedures and other program documentation for Government review and approval.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and timely project information to support Government decision-making.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
