Thompson Gray Inc. seeks a Program Analyst to support ER-GMLRS development, working within the STORM Project Office to manage schedules, budgets, and risk across multiple agencies and prime contractors.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s with 10+ years in a DoD acquisition environment. Strong coordination and strategic planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active secret or higher security clearance required.
• Master's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 10+ years.
• Minimum 3+ years in a DoD acquisition environment.
• Experience developing track budgets and spend plans.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate materiel release and ECP coordination with agencies and contractors.
• Support tactical and strategic planning and budget analyses.
• Develop high-level decision briefings.
• Implement risk mitigation to meet warfighter needs.
• Serve as resource for junior team members with deep discipline knowledge.
• Apply best practices and integrate complex systems across teams.
