Job summary

S³, Inc. seeks an International Program Analyst to support the STORM program at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The role requires understanding of weapon system acquisition, including research, development, materiel, and fiscal management, to assist international partners with U.S. timelines.

The candidate should have a strong background in Foreign Military Sales (FMS), budget planning, and experience with MoUs and Project Arrangements. Security clearance at DoW level or higher is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience or higher degrees with corresponding experience.
  • Secret or higher DoD security clearance required.
  • Strong background in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and FMS funding requirements.
  • Experience with International Cooperative Program MoUs and Project Arrangements (PA).
  • 3+ years’ experience related to FMS programs for the U.S. government or private industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate international partner requirements for STORM program.
  • Provide procurement planning/forecasting information for STORM programs to international partners.
  • Communicate changes including weapon costs, funds control, reprogramming, and funding analyses.
  • Update on program progress and budget items relative to objectives and schedules.
