Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct independent cost analysis for the assigned program.
• Create and maintain lifecycle cost estimates in ACE-IT.
• Develop cost estimating methodologies based on data sources.
• Analyze Earned Value Management reports and advise the Product Manager.
• Provide budgetary guidance and defend budget activities through analysis.
