Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant work experience is desired.
• US citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.
• Resident of Huntsville, AL or willingness to relocate to Huntsville, AL area.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct independent cost analysis for the assigned program.
• Forecast future costs of systems, projects, resources, and funding decisions.
• Create and maintain lifecycle cost estimates in ACE-IT.
• Develop cost estimating methodologies based on available data sources.
• Provide expert analyses and budgetary guidance for resource allocations and plans.
• Apply advanced cost analysis techniques including statistical and economic analyses.
• Coordinate with related program offices for estimates and milestone reviews.
• Create briefing documents and charts communicating current status and forecasts.
