Job summary

Cintel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support the Army Product Office in cost estimation and budgeting decisions.

The candidate will develop, defend, and communicate lifecycle cost estimates, using ACE-IT and various analytical methods to forecast future costs for programs and milestones. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or operations research is desired.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience is desired.
• History of supporting and engaging executive level leadership.
• High understanding of MS Office suite and ACE-IT cost modeling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct independent cost analysis for the assigned program.
• Create and maintain lifecycle cost estimates in ACE-IT.
• Develop cost estimating methodologies based on data sources.
• Provide budgetary advice and guidance on resource allocations and plans.
