Job summary

OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support Army cost estimating, budgeting, and lifecycle analyses.

You will develop cost estimates, ACE-IT modeling, and EVM insights, preparing briefings for program offices and executives while coordinating with mission command teams. Eligible candidates have 9+ years of related experience, a STEM degree, and the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required; STEM or DoD-related preferred.
• 9+ years of related work experience.
• Active Secret Clearance eligibility highly desired.
• Experience presenting analysis to executive leadership.
• Deep familiarity with U.S. Army acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, defend, and analyze cost estimates for Army programs.
• Plan and conduct independent cost analyses for programs.
• Create lifecycle cost estimates using ACE-IT.
• Coordinate with PAE FIRES and PM IFMC Program Office for APBs.
• Prepare briefings on program financial status and forecasts.
• Review Earned Value Management reports and provide recommendations.
