Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Engineering Operations Analyst to translate questions into physics-based analyses and design experiments using mission-level simulations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to produce rigorous, data-driven artifacts guiding strategy and requirements.

You will develop model-driven analyses, communicate findings clearly, and contribute to demonstrations quantifying how Anduril technology delivers mission success to the warfighter.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of hands-on AFSIM scripting experience.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and Simulink.
• Experience with Platform MS&A (aero, fuel, and signature modeling) and Payload MS&A (radar, EOIR, weapons).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Knowledge of domains such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Long Range Fires.

Responsibilities

• Develop model-driven analyses using the scientific method.
• Understand and communicate the transformational value of Anduril’s platform, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to mission-level simulations and analyses to demonstrate how Anduril technology delivers mission success.
