Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a program area with revenues $10M+ yearly.
• Oversee IT professionals and watch officers maintaining, developing, and operating applications for DTRA leadership.
• Apply agile methodologies to develop and modernize applications.
• Define requirements and priorities with DTRA leadership; communicate status.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineer, SCRUM Master and team members on planning.
• Apply PM techniques to control cost, schedule and scope.
• Experience with proposal development and Task Order Solicitations.
