Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Program Director to lead a team delivering development and Ops&Ms for a portfolio of business applications. The role focuses on ensuring contract performance aligns with the customer mission in a highly collaborative environment.

You will engage with senior management, manage cross-functional resources, and coordinate with customer teams to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent.
• Required Experience: 7+ years of related experience.
• Required Technical Skills: Familiar with industry standard project management approaches and methodologies.
• Security Clearance Level: TS SCI with Polygraph
• Required Skills and Abilities: collaboration, communication, IT knowledge, software development, contract management, budgeting, planning, monitoring and evaluation

Responsibilities

• Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $25M and above.
• Daily interaction with senior customer and technical managers as well as on contract resources.
• Coordinate resources and costs, including fluctuation in resource demand and staff assignments.
• Partner with customer and contractor management to build and maintain a programmatic plan of approach to support 20+ new functions/applications.
