Job summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Portfolio Solution Architect (PSA) for Defense and Intelligence to lead design, integration, and delivery of scalable solutions across a portfolio of federal programs. You will work with customers, program leadership, and engineers to align with mission outcomes, enterprise standards, and modernization efforts.

The role requires 10+ years in solutions architecture for federal opportunities, strong DoD/IC knowledge, and an active or active-eligible TS/SCI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of relevant defense/IC experience or equivalent.
Active U.S. security clearance (TS/SCI) preferred or required.
Experience designing, integrating, and testing complex systems for federal programs.
Strong knowledge of DoD/IC architecture, security, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead design and integration of end-to-end solutions across Defense and Intelligence programs, projects, and pursuits.
Develop reusable reference architectures and solution patterns for modernization, cloud, data/AI, and cybersecurity.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to shape mission-aligned solutions and capture strategies.
Provide technical leadership across the portfolio and mentor solution architects and engineers.
Lead architecture reviews and technical workshops to drive continuous improvement.
