Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks a seasoned Portfolio Solution Architect (PSA) to lead end-to-end solution design across a portfolio of Federal Civilian and Health programs. You will drive reference architectures, modernization across cloud, data/AI, and cybersecurity, ensuring interoperability and compliance with enterprise standards.

The role partners with program leadership, capture teams, and customers to craft innovative, cost-effective solutions that meet mission outcomes while aligning with portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect leading solutions for federal government opportunities and proposals.
• Experience delivering enterprise or portfolio-level technical solutions for federal customers.
• Strong understanding of federal IT environments, compliance requirements, and acquisition processes.
• Experience supporting capture, proposal, and business development activities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Must have ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
