Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is hiring a Capture Manager in Fairfax, Virginia. The ideal candidate will manage capture strategies across various contract opportunities while working closely with executive leadership and stakeholders.

Successful applicants will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree along with relevant experience, a Secret Clearance and a proven track record of leading capture and proposal activities. They will utilize excellent communication skills and analytical abilities to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience required with Bachelor's; 4 years with Master's; or 10 years relevant experience without degree.
• Secret Clearance necessary.
• In-depth knowledge of capture process and contract types required.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities through the growth process.
• Develop and own the Capture Plan and strategy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to generate proposals.
• Lead analysis of capabilities with stakeholders.
• Identify innovative technologies for client needs.
