Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program & Acquisition Manager to support the AWACS modernization effort in the United States. You will provide program-level acquisition support to PM and IPT leads, ensure disciplined execution, and help maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of general experience, 3+ years in the DoD sector, and a bachelor's degree. You will prepare acquisition reports, briefings, and documentation, and travel about 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of general experience; 3+ years working in the DoD sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support focused on cost, schedule, and performance for the E-7 platform.
• Track, analyze, and brief program metrics within established guidelines.
• Apply DoD acquisition processes and program documentation standards.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions across technical and programmatic areas.
