Acxiom remote-based opportunity seeks a senior Decision Support Analyst to transform marketing, media and customer data into actionable insights and reporting solutions. You will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver analytics, campaign support, and BI capabilities across platforms such as Adobe, iHub, GCP, and BigQuery.

The role emphasizes data validation, dashboard development, and consultative problem solving to drive informed decisions and client success, with leadership duties

Qualificações

• Typically 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, BI, or data-focused fields.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary client contact for reporting and analytics.
• Translate client objectives into reporting, measurement, and analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Validate data quality and campaign outputs against SLAs.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead process improvements.
