Ibotta, Inc. is seeking a Principal Decision Scientist, Strategic Partner Analytics to lead analytics for its Publisher Insights team and drive revenue growth through proactive insights and automated measurement frameworks.

The role blends hands-on analytics with high-level consulting, partnering with senior stakeholders and mentors junior team members in a hybrid Denver-based setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, data science, or decision science with retail/media domain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven advisor with experience presenting to senior executives and the C-suite.
• Expertise in experimental design and measurement models; ability to explain outputs to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted analytics advisor to publisher partners, owning analytics relationships with partner executives.
• Build and own analytics foundation for publisher network with KPI-aligned reporting.
• Lead analytics narratives for business reviews and propose actionable recommendations.
• Design tests, build measurement models, and defend methodology with partner analytics teams.
