Job summary

Ibotta, Inc. in Denver, CO seeks a Principal Decision Scientist, Strategic Partner Analytics to lead analytics for its Publisher Insights team.

You will own end-to-end analyses, partner with senior stakeholders, and elevate insights to drive revenue growth across the IPN network. This hybrid role requires 10+ years in analytics, strong consulting experience, mastery of SQL, Python, Looker/Tableau, and the ability to tell executive-ready stories.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, data science, or decision science experience with increasing impact.
• Experience in retail media, performance marketing, or digital advertising a strong plus.
• Strong partner-facing, consultant-style advisory experience to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted analytics advisor to strategic publisher partners and SBP team.
• Build and own analytics foundations: per-publisher and network scorecards and KPI definitions.
• Lead analytics narratives for publisher business reviews and deep dives.
• Design tests, measurement models, and defend methodologies with partner teams.
• Forecast publisher performance and size opportunities with Business Development.
• Analyze partner economics and revenue concentration across the network.
• Generate data-driven insights and translate into So What / Now What actions.
• Create executive-ready analytical narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
