• 3+ years of experience using statistical methods on complex data.
• Experience in marketing analytics or management consulting preferred.
• Proven history of using data to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Ability to clearly express and convey complex issues and solutions.
• Experience with data querying and preprocessing to analyze large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards with BI software.

Responsibilities

• Work with Marketing and Sales to inform Federal Medical Insurance growth strategy through analysis.
• Build models to convert ambiguous issues into actionable insights for short- and long-term strategy.
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth across business operations and marketing channels.
• Advise on study designs that measure business and technical tradeoffs with data science tools.
