Maven Clinic is a leading virtual clinic for women and families, seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to connect clinical product, member experience, and AI initiatives. You will build cross-functional reports and surface insights that drive direction across teams.

You’ll design scalable data architectures using SQL and Python, mentor analysts, and create shared measurement frameworks that accelerate decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or data science experience with cross-functional work.
• Fluency in SQL, DBT, and data visualization.
• Proficiency with at least one BI tool (Tableau or Looker).
• Hands-on experience with Python or R.
• Ability to design scalable data structures and reporting from internal and third-party sources.
• Capable of balancing long-term projects with urgent requests.
• Excellent collaboration and communication, turning data into direction for stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own cross-functional reports end to end, understanding why each metric matters for dependent teams.
• Consolidate reporting into a shared view across clinical product, member experience, and AI work.
• Surface cross-surface insights and translate them into clear direction for stakeholders.
• Partner on scalable data architecture using SQL and Python to reduce one-off requests.
• Define success metrics with Product, Engineering and Operations, pairing measurement with framing.
• Mentor analysts and establish shared language, standards, and best practices.
