Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to bridge clinical product, member experience, and AI initiatives. You will build cross-functional reporting and shape data architecture to give teams a single source of truth.

You will translate complex data into actionable direction, define metrics with Product, Engineering, and Operations, and mentor fellow analysts while advancing scalable analytics culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or data science with cross-functional work.
• Fluency in SQL, DBT, and data visualization.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Design scalable data structures and reporting from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional reports end to end and explain why each metric matters.
• Consolidate reporting into a coherent shared view across clinical product and AI initiatives.
• Surface insights across surfaces and translate into clear directions for stakeholders.
• Design scalable data architecture using SQL and Python to reduce ad hoc requests.
• Define success metrics with Product, Engineering, and Operations and pair measurement with direction.
• Establish shared language and best practices, mentoring other analysts.
