Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to connect clinical product, member experience, and AI initiatives through cross-functional analytics. You will build shared reporting and a unified data story to guide decisions across teams.

You’ll design scalable data structures, define metrics with partners, and mentor other analysts while operating in a flexible hybrid model across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or data science experience with cross-surface work.
• Fluency in SQL, DBT, and strong data visualization background.
• Proficiency with at least one BI tool (Tableau or Looker).
• Hands-on experience with Python or R.
• Ability to design scalable data structures and reporting from multiple sources.
• Ability to balance long-term projects with ad hoc requests.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional reports end to end and explain metric importance.
• Consolidate reporting across clinical product, member experience, and AI work.
• Surface insights across surfaces and translate to stakeholder direction.
• Design scalable data architecture using SQL and Python to reduce ad hoc requests.
• Define success metrics with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Mentor and raise the analytics capabilities of the team.
