Job summary

Maven Clinic is hiring a decision scientist who will connect clinical product, member experience, and AI initiatives into a single narrative. You will build cross-functional dashboards, surface insights across surfaces, and partner on data architecture to enable faster, data-driven decisions.

You will design and maintain shared measurement frameworks, own key reports end to end, and translate complex data into clear directions for multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or data science experience with cross-functional or cross-surface work.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable data structures and reporting from both internal and 3rd party sources.
• Fluency in SQL, DBT, and a strong background in data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to turn data into direction for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working with event-based data.
• Knowledge of experimentation and/or statistical modeling.
• Experience building shared measurement frameworks or semantic/metrics layers used across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional reports end to end and explain metric significance to teams.
• Consolidate fragmented reporting into a coherent, shared view across clinical product, member experience, and AI initiatives.
• Partner on scalable data architecture using SQL and Python to reduce ad hoc requests.
• Define success metrics with Product, Engineering, and Operations and translate data into action.
