Job summary

You will focus on causal inference, experimentation, and deep exploratory analytics to answer complex business questions and partner with product, engineering, marketing, and finance to design experiments and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience in product, marketing, or growth analytics.
• 2+ years building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• 2+ years applying experimentation and causal inference methods (A/B tests, quasi-experiments).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders to align analytics with KPIs.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and causal analyses.
• Develop, measure, and monitor product or customer KPIs with product managers and finance partners.
• Translate technical results into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics and reporting.
