Job summary

Upside is seeking a Product Analytics professional to join our Growth team in Chicago, focusing on data-driven decision making for the consumer product. You’ll align product strategy with measurable experiments, build dashboards, and forecast revenue impacts to drive scalable growth.

You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to instrument events, analyze experiments, and communicate insights clearly. This role demands curiosity, speed with rigor, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or experimentation within a cross-functional product team.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders to influence roadmaps using data-driven insights.
• Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests with robust metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support the Consumer Product team with KPI reporting, OKRs, and product review prep.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across the Upside consumer app with clear test plans and power calculations.
• Shape the product roadmap through exploratory analysis and hypothesis generation.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to understand user behavior and product performance.
• Forecast revenue impact of product initiatives and build dashboards for clarity.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define events and instrumentation for experimentation.
