Qualifications

• Strong Python expertise and deploying advanced ML models.
• Databricks and MLOps experience preferred.
• Translate requirements into technical roadmaps for stakeholders.
• Familiar with Agentic AI workflows and AI-assisted development.
• Proficient with GitHub and VS Code; comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into mathematical representations and technical specifications for models, agents and data products.
• Develop analytics integrated with WebApps and agents to streamline user interaction.
• Apply probabilistic forecasting and stochastic optimization for decision making under uncertainty.
• Support business cases for new digital capabilities; define KPIs for value realization.
• Design and build scalable data foundations and pipelines.
• Develop WebApps to enable user interaction with data products and model outputs.
• Collaborate to streamline routine work with automation and AI tools.
• Contribute to the DDT decision intelligence roadmap with reusable components.
