Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years of experience.
• Experience in data engineering, analytics, manufacturing systems, or related technical roles.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and data governance.
• Proficiency with data preparation, transformation, pipeline development, analytics tools, dashboards, or reporting.
• Strong analytical and collaborative abilities; able to work across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute data engineering and analytics deliverables for SM S&T priorities and business needs.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, curated datasets, and analytical outputs.
• Support dashboards, reporting, and analytics tools to improve visibility and decision support.
• Investigate data issues and partner with teams to improve data quality and usability.
• Translate business questions into data requirements, logic, and outputs.
• Support testing, implementation, and refinement of analytics solutions based on user feedback.
