Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other tools for analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present results in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of junior analysts to successfully meet project objectives
• Identify, scope, and execute structured analysis for government sponsors while managing timelines, deliverables and outcomes
• Develop cost, economic and financial analyses including LCCEs and sensitivity analyses
• Collect, analyze financial, cost, and economic data to support decision making
• Develop and evaluate program baselines and cost estimating techniques for a broad range of cost elements
• Prepare Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and support source selection processes
