Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Debit Analyst to drive requirements, governance, and operational readiness for its debit card initiative. You will bridge strategy, product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology to translate business objectives into actionable documentation and workflows.

You will develop end-to-end process documentation, manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders, and support vendor evaluations and onboarding to ensure a smooth product delivery and handoff into

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in card products, payments, money movement, or financial services operations.
• Ability to develop business requirements, process documentation, and operational procedures for complex initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology.
• Experience in business analysis, project management, vendor implementations, operational readiness, or service delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional requirements gathering across product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, and artifacts.
• Establish governance with traceability from objectives to implementation.
• Support feature prioritization and requirements refinement.
• Coordinate documentation and readiness as a core member of the debit card delivery team.
• Track dependencies, decisions, actions, and deliverables across workstreams.
• Partner with product and program leadership to translate initiatives into executable processes.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Design operating procedures, workflows, and playbooks for debit card and money movement capabilities.
