You will identify key deal risks, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and supervise junior staff to ensure timely, accurate engagement delivery. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, with CPA/CFA or related progress encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 2 years of experience as an Associate in an equivalent industry/service.
• Pursuing CFA, CPA or other relevant postgraduate certification.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with internal software like Pfx Engagement and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings reviews.
• Lead client calls and coordinate with deal teams.
• Prepare and present detailed due diligence findings to clients.
