Job summary

As an Associate in Deal Services, you will conduct ad hoc analyses, develop financial models, and prepare client-facing reports under tight deadlines, while collaborating with a team and pursuing CFA/CPA qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Exposure to financial statement preparation, audits, and reviews preferred.
• Working toward CFA, CPA or related certification.
• Understanding of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
• Experience with Quality of Earnings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial Quality of Earnings and due diligence work.
• Collect and analyze financial data to detect errors in reporting.
• Build detailed analyses and reports for clients under tight deadlines.
• Support multiple engagements within budget and time constraints.
• Possibly lead small QOE projects at the two-year level.
