Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience with financial statement prep, audits, and reviews is preferred.
• Progress toward CFA, CPA, or similar certification welcomed.
• Proficiency with Pfx Engagement and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial Quality of Earnings (QOE) analysis and due diligence for clients involved in mergers & acquisitions.
• Develop ad hoc financial models and prepare client-facing reports.
• Summarize accounting policies and findings for client discussions with advisors.
• Support multiple engagements, delivering results on time and within budget.
