Job summary

FIS is seeking a Deal Manager in Milwaukee to provide pricing expertise, financial insights and commercial support for new and renewal business within Banking Solutions. You will partner across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations and Product to structure proposals that balance client value with sustainable economics.

Your role includes building financial models, recommending deal structures, applying pricing guidance and maintaining benchmarks to improve deal quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance or pricing or comparable analytical roles.
• Advanced financial modeling skills including profitability, margin, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and financial analysis for complex new and renewal business opportunities.
• Develop pricing packages balancing competitive positioning, client value, margins and long-term financial objectives.
• Build financial models to evaluate deal economics, profitability, pricing scenarios and risks.
• Recommend deal structures and pricing strategies to Sales, Finance, Product and other partners.
• Apply pricing guidance while identifying opportunities to improve deal attractiveness and financial outcomes.
• Maintain pricing benchmarks using historical and market insights to strengthen decisions.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations and Product to resolve commercial issues and advance proposals.
