Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years in retirement plan sales with a record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Establish relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams
Knowledge of defined contribution market and ERISA fundamentals; familiarity with private assets or guaranteed income a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera DC offerings
Build and nurture relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams
Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors, cadence, milestones, and measurable sales outcomes
Lead advisor education, field events, and finalist presentations; partner with Global Wealth field counterparts
Use CRM data, market intelligence, and AI tools to refine targeting and maintain pipeline discipline
Travel 70%+ within territory
