Marsh is seeking a talented investment consultant to join the Investments and Retirement team. Based in multiple U.S.

locations with a hybrid model requiring in-office presence at least three days per week, this role focuses on providing fiduciary and investment advisory support to defined contribution clients. You will lead client engagements, design plans, benchmark fees, and present reviews for advisory and OCIO engagements, helping clients optimize retirement programs while growing the

Qualifications

• 6+ years of investment consulting/retirement plan experience.
• Strong knowledge of defined contribution landscape and fiduciary topics.
• Ability to develop ideas and improve client solutions and efficiency.
• Track record of building intellectual capital for business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined contribution clients with plans 25M-500M.
• Advise on investments, plan design, and fee benchmarking.
• Present plan review reports to clients for advisory and OCIO engagements
• Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all client work.
• Support sales activities and develop opportunities.
• Grow book of business through long-term client relationships.
• Serve as subject matter expert on defined contribution topics.
