Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in pension and/or investment strategy.
• Strong presentation, project management and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design.
• High-level attention to detail and an understanding of its application to the bigger picture.
• Ability to acclimate quickly to understanding asset-liability risk management and business concepts

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic asset allocation and dynamic glide path design for pension plans.
• Understand asset classes, risk and return tradeoffs, plan design, liability features, and sponsor constraints to develop investment strategies.
• Partner with investment consultants and portfolio managers to present results of asset-liability studies and glide path reviews.
• Model pension liabilities and fixed income portfolios using risk models to assess risk exposures.
• Lead clients and deliver advice on investment strategy and risk management for pension plans.
• Define and implement long-term business strategy, engaging staff to deliver results.
• Identify the need for change and drive ambitious, accelerated change while sustaining benefits.
• Attract, engage and advance top talent and foster a culture to join and commit
