Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Sr. Consultant to join the Investments and Retirement team. The role supports defined contribution clients across multiple plans, delivering investment guidance, plan design, and fiduciary governance services with a focus on enhancing client outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience providing investment advice and consulting for retirement plans.
Strong understanding of defined contribution landscape, fiduciary topics, and plan design.
Ability to develop new ideas and improve team efficiency.
Proven track record in business development and client delivery.
Strong presentation and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead consultant for defined contribution clients with plans between $25M and $500M.
Support ongoing client service on investments, plan design, vendor management and governance.
Present plan and investment reviews to clients for advisory engagements.
Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of client work.
Develop opportunities and assist in sales strategies.
