JCG is seeking a Senior Manager of Distribution Center Operations in Lynchburg, VA to lead high-volume eCommerce DC operations. You will drive safety, service, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and financial performance through a team of Operations Managers and Supervisors.

The role emphasizes talent development, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive distribution center experience, strong WMS/LMS/automation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, fulfillment, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years leading exempt leaders, including Operations Managers and Supervisors.
• Experience leading large-scale eCommerce, Retail, or omnichannel fulfillment operations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, LMS, automation, and distribution center technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DC operations including receiving, inventory, replenishment, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Manage labor planning, staffing, and resource allocation to support demand and peak periods.
• Drive safety, service, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and cost metrics.
• Develop high-performing teams and partner cross-functionally to hit business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives across shifts and departments.
