Job summary

Talon Professional Services is seeking a senior-level DBA with engineering experience to join a growing team that supports a multi-database environment across on-prem and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Db2 LUW and Microsoft SQL Server, plus experience with AWS database services, high availability, disaster recovery, Terraform, automation, and scripting in Python, PowerShell or Bash.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of database administration and engineering experience
• Expertise with Db2 LUW and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with AWS database services and cloud infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Terraform and automation experience
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Database performance tuning and migration experience
