You will mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and drive AI-enabled automation to scale our lease- and contract-driven accounting platform.

Ideal candidates bring 7–8 years in enterprise DB roles, strong SQL/PostgreSQL with cloud service experience, and a proactive, mentoring mindset aligned with our agile practices.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in relational databases and data architecture.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling databases.
• Familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL; cloud services.
• Proactive, mentorship-driven approach and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor AWS PostgreSQL databases, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Lead performance optimization, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning.
• Collaborate daily with development teams and other departments.
• Review data architecture changes and provide structured feedback.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and share knowledge.
• Participate in releases and production deployment workflows.
• Automate manual tasks and improve data delivery and infrastructure growth.
• Leverage AI agents and LLM tools to analyze queries and diagnose issues.
